These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Attraction Symbols online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you as a consumer.

The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which products and services are offered.

Eligibility

By using the store, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction or, where applicable, that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Products, descriptions and prices

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Because many physical pieces are individually finished, minor variations in appearance, finish or presentation may occur. Such natural or production-related variations do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to correction of an obvious error before a contract is concluded where permitted by law.

Orders and payment

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a payment problem or unexpected unavailability. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Personalization and custom orders

Some products may be personalized or made to your specifications, for example with custom engraving. Please check the details you submit carefully. Personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the law allows, as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not affect rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Attraction Symbols and intellectual property

Attraction Symbols form an original symbolic system. The symbol designs, their defined meanings and descriptions, original phrases and related original materials, together with protected website content, photographs and other creative materials, are intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Buying a product or accessing material that contains an Attraction Symbol does not grant a right to reproduce, publish, distribute, teach, license, incorporate into commercial products or services, or otherwise exploit the symbol or related protected material. Use beyond private personal use may require prior written permission or an appropriate licence. Please see our Licensing page for further information.

Nature of the products

Attraction Symbols are offered as symbolic tools and forms of personal support and orientation. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment, psychological care, financial, legal or other professional advice. Product descriptions should not be understood as guarantees of a specific personal, health, financial or other outcome.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, provide deliberately false information, infringe intellectual property or other rights, or attempt to misuse the website or its services.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery, analytics and social-media services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.

We take reasonable care to keep the store accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
