Thank you for shopping with Attraction Symbols. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains our 14-day return and money-back policy, as well as the statutory rights available to consumers in the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions.

14-day return and money-back policy

You may request a return of an eligible, non-personalized item within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item should be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials.

To start a return, email info@attractionsymbols.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized — including products with custom engraving — are not eligible for return or withdrawal where the applicable law provides such an exception. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Email is sufficient. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once a return is received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Processing times after the refund is issued can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
